So, why does listandtell.com have a big chance to become the next big service on the social web? There´s a lot of answers to that question, here you got the main reasons as we see it:

 

 

• Social web needs fuel – and fuel is content! There´s a lack of personalised content. Today location and photo services has the best functions for building in content. There will be more to come...

• Everything is shareable and everything disappears. There´s a need for a personal pit stop where you collect, explore and share stuff you like.


• Content sites are growing in time spent on Internet. Maybe you thought that social networks was the place where people spends most time, that´s not truth. Content is still king - listandtell is a place where you create your own content and it´s not blogging.


• People do like to express themself – I like and I don´t like. It´s the most common topic of conversation. Lists has a very nice function though they make people react on the ranking - their list would look different.


• The social networks has gone beyond only "friends", now people much more wants to get together in interest-clusters.

We want to build a pit stop for your experiences/stuff/ to build content and sentiment before sharing it on listandtell and your other different social networks. We want to create a place on the social web where people explore and communicate around their interests with others who shares the same interest or becomes more interested in  something new because of the lists that the user is building. This will be the place where you collect things you like and don´t like, creates lists, explore, follow others, share and learn. A pit stop for the things that matters in life.
